These new shades are designed to provide true to tone color results on dark bases of hair. The collection offers a unique and new shade pallet for HiColor and L'Oreal Technique, which will be appealing to new users looking to achieve Violet, Blue, and Plum hair color tones.

HiColor is a Permanent hair color brand specifically formulated for dark bases of hair. All of the shades in the line are able to provide multi-level lift on dark hair in one step without causing any brassiness. The recommended mixing ratio for the shades is 1:1.2 with Oreor Crème Developer 30 volume (20 volume for relaxed hair). Processing time for this product is set at 30 minutes at room temperature. This product is manufactured in the United States and is easy to use.
