Properly prep your nails by pushing back the cuticles, cleaning the nail plate, and using OPI Expert Touch Nail Wipe saturated with N.A.S 99 Nail Cleansing Solution. To avoid bubbles in your manicure, allow each coat to dry before applying the next one. Use Nail Lacquer thinner to thin out polish that has become thick due to evaporation of solvents. To remove cuticle flooding, use a brush or Q-tip dipped in Expert Touch Lacquer Remover. To avoid streaking, apply OPI Nail Lacquer using the Three Stroke Method. Start with enough color on the brush for three strokes, but not too much to flood the cuticles, and apply in the center then on the sides.
